Shipping Options
Shipping cost is calculated according to the weight of your order and we offer the following Shipping Options:
Save on shipping cost by buying in bulk!
We currently offer Discount on Bulk/Wholesale orders that will help to subsidize the shipping cost. Also note that the larger your order the less the shipping cost per kg will be.
If you order 5kg or more of a specific food item you will receive 5% discount on that item.
If you order 10kg or more of a specific food item you will receive 10% discount on that item.
Pudo – To your nearest Pudo Locker
Pudo Locker is the preferred shipping method for most orders due to its affordability. Your parcel will be delivered to your closest Pudo Locker. This is an excellent option if you don’t have a delivery address where you can receive parcels during working hours due to work or location (like living on a farm or plot for example).
We offer the following options when shipping to your nearest Pudo Locker:
0-1kg (2-5 work days*) – R49
1-20kg (2-5 work days*) – R59
20-40kg (2-5 work days*) – R119
40-60kg (2-5 work days*) – R179
60-80kg (2-5 work days*) – R239
80-100kg (2-5 work days*) – R299
100-120kg (2-5 work days*) – R359
120-140kg (2-5 work days*) – R419
140-160kg (2-5 work days*) – R479
160-180kg (2-5 work days*) – R539
180-200kg (2-5 work days*) – R599
200kg+ (2-5 work days*) – R659 + R60 for every 20 kg over 220 kg
The Courier Guy – To your Door
The Courier Guy is a good shipping method for larger orders due to their low cost per kg advantage. They deliver to most residential or small business street addresses in towns or cities nation wide.
If you live on a farm or plot please supply us with a street address in your closest town or rather select the Pudo Locker, Paxi or Postnet delivery options. In the very rare event you live in an area which The Courier Guy deems High Risk, a delivery surcharge fee might apply. We will contact you if this is the case.
We offer the following options when shipping with The Courier Guy:
0-1kg (2-5 work days*) – R59
1-10kg (2-5 work days*) – R99
10-15kg (2-5 work days*) – R149
15-25kg (2-5 work days*) – R185
25kg+ (2-5 work days*) R185 + R8/kg after 25kg
Aramex Courier – To your Door
Aramex is a good option if you want fast delivery to your door for packages of 5kg or less. They deliver to most residential or small business street addresses in towns or cities nation wide. If you live on a farm or plot please supply us with a street address in your closest town or rather select the Pudo Locker, Paxi or Postnet options.
We offer the following option when shipping with Aramex Courier:
0-5kg (1-3 work days*) – R89
Local Deliveries:
We provide discounted and free shipping cost for local deliveries in and around the Garden Route and Southern Cape as follows:
Riversdale (Riversdal) area
Free Shipping available
Still Bay (Stilbaai)/Albertinia/Heidelberg
0-10kg (1-2 work days*) – R59
R5 for every 10kg extra up to 50kg
Postnet2Postnet – To your nearest Postnet Store
Postnet to Postnet is a good option if you don’t have a delivery address where you can receive parcels during working hours due to work or location (like living on a farm or plot for example).
We offer the following options when shipping with Postnet2Postnet:
0-4kg (3-6 work days*) – R120
4-14kg (3-6 work days*) – R120 + R30/kg after 4kg

Paxi (PEP2PEP) – To your nearest Pep Store/Paxi Point
Paxi is an option if you don’t have a delivery address where you can receive parcels during working hours due to work or location (like living on a farm or plot for example) and you don’t have a Pudo Locker or Postnet close to you. Your parcel will be delivered to your chosen Paxi point (like a PEP Stores) and you will be notified when you can collect it via SMS. Their shipping options are affordable but you should not expect the best service in terms of timely delivery and package handling. We strongly advise you to only use this option if the above options do not work for you or if you are on a tight budget and willing to wait longer for your package to be delivered.
We offer the following options when shipping with Paxi:
0-5kg (7-9 work days*) – R70
5-10kg (7-9 work days*) – R120
10-15kg (7-9 work days*) – R190
15-20kg (7-9 work days*) – R240

* (asterisk) as indicated at the end of shipping options indicates that work days specified are estimated working/business days a parcel can take to reach its location from the day we have shipped it.
The work days specified exclude the days required to process and verify an order/payment and also excludes delays if an item might be out of stock due to whatever reason.
The work days specified are only estimates and can vary due to location and forces outside our or that of the couriers control.
