Description
Millet Dehulled Grain available in 250g, 500g and 1kg options.
Millet is the name given to a group of small round grains, and the hulled variety is most commonly available. It was widely used in Asia before rice became the staple grain in the region. It is a gluten free grain. Millet becomes rancid fairly quickly, but will remain fresh for two months if stored in sealed container in a cool dry cupboard or for four months in the fridge.
Millet is an excellent source of manganese and a good source of vitamins B1 and B3.
