Vitamin B2 (riboflavin): 1.3 mg
Vitamin B3 (nicotinamide): 16 mg
Vitamin B5 (calcium d-pantothenate): 5 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride): 1.7 mg
Vitamin B7 (biotin): 30 mcg
Vitamin B9 (L-5-methyl-tetrahydrofolate): 400 mcg
Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin): 2.4 mcg
Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide & coating.
