This Wheat is farmed in South Africa by a Generational farmer who is planting Organic Heirloom Wheat Seed.

This Organic Wheat variety is a long stem variety that is different from modern shorter stem varieties and thus closer to Ancient Grain varieties than modern wheat.

This Organic Wheat Grain/Kernels/Berries is of ligher color than the conventional Red Hard Winter Wheat variety.

We are busy processing this seasons harvest and this the wheat will be available in batches.
